The Society will look after the four main events this year; plantation drive, classroom maintenence, sports event, and seminar/workshop with guest teachers. The each of these events will be held on the month of June, July, August and September, respectively, as planned by the members, and the board of advisors.
The permanent board of advisors is formed of the HoD and Professors and Assistant Professors of Geography Department, and the executive members will be elected democratically, once every year, as decided.
Dr. Pribat Rai, Professor Geography Department, who is behind the idea of forming this Society, has shared that the Society will work not only inside the college, but will collaborate with the students and teachers of other Universities as well.
