BRO’s Project Swastik Opens Sanklang Modular Bridge, Restoring North Sikkim Road Link

Built by the 107 Road Construction Company under Project Swastik, the bridge provides an alternative route to the Mangan – Chungthang road, restoring access to Dzongu, Lachen, and Lachung.

The project was completed in record time despite strong river currents, unstable slopes, and harsh weather. BRO engineers and workers worked day and night to make it possible.
